This policy applies to paid Speckr digital services, including guest VIN checkouts, lookup-credit purchases, and seller verification packages.

1. Guest Checkout and Lookup Credits

Purchases are generally non-refundable after digital delivery or after credits are made available to your account. Credits expire according to the package terms shown at purchase.

We may issue refunds when:

  • required by applicable law, or
  • Speckr fails to deliver the purchased service due to a confirmed platform error.

2. Seller Verification Package and Posting Fee

Seller verification package charges (including the listing posting fee included in the package total) are non-refundable once verification is started, a verification credit is consumed, or a related paid checkout session is successfully completed and applied.

3. Requesting a Refund Review

If you believe a charge qualifies for review, contact info@speckr.com with your purchase details and a description of the issue. For faster handling, contact us within 14 days of the charge date.

4. Processing Timeline

If a refund is approved, we issue it to the original payment method. Financial institutions may require additional processing time before funds appear.

5. Chargebacks and Policy Updates

Filing a payment dispute does not guarantee reversal. We may contest disputes that conflict with this policy and applicable law.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date.
